It is a WikiWikiWeb and you can expect the same philosophy and the same generic tools as in other wiki-like software:
- all content can be edited, all previous versions are saved.
- easy access to last modified pages -> RecentChanges
- use of WikiWords to create links
- integrated "full text" search engine
- visualization of differences between previous versions -> differences with the previous version of this page
However WikiWebWeaver has specific characteristics as of page design and wiki functionalities:
- templates and page layout (see graphical interface)
- modular software engine
- plugins to add custom functionalities.

But the biggest change is not in the code itself:
Since this version WikiWebWeaver is now a free software!
You can distribute and/or modify WikiWebWeaver according the GNU General Public License (GPL) as it is published by the Free Software Foundation with its second release or any recent version of the license.
